When Trump blames DEI, isn't he just saying "it must be because there's black or brown people involved"?

Trump has no idea what he’s saying most of the time. If he’d married a black woman instead of a Slovenian porno star, he’d get the ass-kicking he deserves. DEI helped more white women, Asians, and other minorities than black people simply because they outnumber black people. They won’t know they cut the limb they climbed out on by voting for Trump until they are in free-fall.
